May I bring a fold up/camp chair? Pop-up Tent?
You are more than welcome to bring a fold up/camp chair.
We do not allow pop up tents.
May I bring my dog?
We welcome dogs bringing their well behaved humans as long as they are on a leash and clean up behind themselves and vice versa.
May I bring snacks and/or beverages?
While we encourage all attendees to check out the wonderful food and beverages available from our vendors, you are able to bring in your own food and beverage. Please be advised that our liquor license does not allow for outside alcoholic beverages.

When will the Festival be held over the next few years?
Labor Day weekend.
What are the festival’s hours?
We are open to the general public 9 am until 6 pm Saturday and Sunday.
How much does admission cost?
Adults $20/day or $30/weekend
Children 5-12 $5 on Saturday, FREE on Sunday
Children under 5 FREE all weekend
$5 military and senior discount (65+) available for tickets purchased at the gate with valid ID.
Tickets will be available on line via TicketLeap and are available for cash purchase at the gate.
How do I get involved?
We are always looking for volunteers, both year round and weekend of. We will start sign up for 2023 volunteers in January you want to volunteer for the weekend of the games. Email us if you are interested in year round.

Festival’s official Boutique
Want to buy the "shirts off our backs?" Check out our merchandise tent for VSG items. It is located on the main path up the hill.
Ticket office
Tickets will be available in advance starting in January or at the front gate the weekend of the games.
Information booth, Lost & Found
Games information and Lost & Found are located at the merchandise tent, on the main path up the hill.
ATM
There will be ATMs available outside the front gate.

In 2022 we had some incredible Girl Scouts out working with parking. They did a great job for their first year out!
PARKING AND SHUTTLE
Where can we find parking?
There is ample free parking on site. Please follow the directions of our Volunteers.
Is there parking for impaired mobility?
Available on a first come, first serve basis. There are also limited golf cart shuttles to assist those with mobility impairments in the parking lot.
Will there be a shuttle during the Festival?
There will be a shuttle inside the festival to assist mobility imparied indivduals navigate the hill. Please look for stops at the bottom (one) and the top of the hill (two).
While you may bring your RV to the festival and park onsite, the County does not allow for overnight camping. All vehicles must leave at the end of the day.
