ODds & ends of information

May I bring my dog to the festival?
Yes, well behaved, leashed dogs are welcome to bring their humans. Please make sure to clean up behind each other and stay hydrated. The Westie Rescue League hosts a care station for our four legged friends. They also host dog events held Sunday morning for all dog breeds.
May I bring a chair to the games?
Yes, you may bring a camp/folding chair.
May I Bring a Pop-up Tent or Canopy to the games
We do not allow personal tents or canopies.
Where may I buy children's tickets for Sunday?
Children 5 and under are free Saturday and Sunday. Children 6-12 years old are free on Sunday.
How can I register my clan?
Clan registration is available via our website under clans. Information will be sent out to registered clans the frist week of August with more information.
What's the Inclement Weather Policy
The games go on, rain or shine
What is included in a patrons package?
Patron packages are available for one (Bonnet Laird), two (Laird), three (Chief), or four adults (Bonnie Prince Charlie). They include wristbands for admission Saturday and Sunday, preferred parking, souvenir lapel pins, access to the Hospitality Tent, and recognition of their contribution. Packages may be purchased through the BUY TICKETS button on the website. They will be mailed out between August 1 and August 15 and only be available for purchase until August 25.
What Does the HospitAlity Tent Include?
The Hospitality Tent features a place to sit down and enjoy a bit of shade, light snacks, beverages, upgraded restrooms, and on Sunday, some acoustic music.
MAY I BRING A COOLER OR FOOD & BEVERAGE TO THE GAMES?
Yes, you may bring food & beverage for your own personal consumption. Virginia ABC laws prohibit bringing your own alcohol.
Are there carts to help the handicapped ?
There are golf carts to assist the mobility impaired get to the front gate. Inside the front gate there are golf carts to assist getting up and down the hill. Please keep in mind this is an outdoor venue, with primarily a grass surface.

* Yes, adults are $20/day, $30/weekend; children 6-12 $5/Saturday, Freed Sunday; children 5 and under Free all weekend * $5 off adult ticket purchased at th gate for seniors (65+ and military - active/retired) * Kilt wearing discount would break the bank, but thanks for asking!
Does one have to purchase tickets to the event online, or can they be purchased at the event?
Tickets can be purchased online via the Buy Tickets button. Tickets can be purchased and discounts applied at the front gate.
where can the general public park? is there a fee?
There is gneral parking in the field before you get to VIP/the reerved parking. There is no fee for parking. Just be nice to the Scouts who are directing parking trafific.
